I recently visited Sim Siang Choon at Changi South to purchase a water cistern (toilet water tank only) and toilet seat cover. It was a great experience. Roger Lim who served me was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He showed me a few new water tanks after verifying the distance of the mounting holes and the footprint of the cracked water cistern that I had brought along. This was to ensure that the water tank that I was going to buy would be compatible with my toilet bowl. He explained the different options clearly and helped me choose a suitable water cistern and toilet seat cover without any pressure. It was a hassle-free purchase. A big thank you to Roger Lim for the professionalism and willingness to help.

We visited your store to buy a kitchen tap and 2 rinsers. Ms Eva attended to us. She was very patient and professional throughout. She has a good knowledge of the products too. My husband and I truly appreciated her help and service.

Today, I had travelled all the way from Jurong East to visit your showroom in view to purchase some bathroom accessories as I would be renovating my bathroom soon. I had the pleasure of being served by one of your helpful staff, Steven. He was patient with when i was indecisive. He had proper product knowledge, provided me information which i did not readily have, and pros and cons of different products. He also recommended me alternatives to products which i have already chosen in order to let me make a more informed decision on my purchases. Lastly, he was able to give me a good deal on the combination of products i wanted. All these above, I did not necessarily get when i visited your IMM shop several times as i live nearby. If I have to visit again, I would be glad to travel all the way to Changi again and I would recommend my friends to do likewise. Please convey my thanks to Steven and his superiors. I bought a sink tap on 25 Feb 2018 from the outlet in Sun Plaza. Was served by Ms Kris and enjoyed professional service from her during the purchase. Found that the sink tap was faulty upon self-installation the next day. Called the outlet for help and was served by Kris again. Kris put herself in her customer’s shoe and stepped up the effort to resolve my issue. She expedited within her means to ensure excellent customer care. The issue was resolved within hours! Overall, I am very delighted to be served by Kris. Thank you very much, Kris.
