After being referred to Sim Siang Choon for Ariston Instant Heater, decided to go down to check it out when I learnt that it’s big. Upon arrival at their main showroom at Changi South, was very glad that we made the trip down personally as it is an all stop centre for and made some recommendations on the heater model, corner shelves and bathroom cabinet as we needed to replace the old ones which we were expecting to undergo HIP (Home Improvement Programme) in a few months time at that point of time. HIP dates were not known yet and Ella told us that we could call to confirm delivery anytime. In midst of waiting for HIP, wasn’t sure of the dimensions of the cabinet, so i dropped them facebook message to ask for picture and clarifications. They responded accordingly. Thereafter, when I had doubts, would drop them facebook message. Every single question was replied and explained in details. Really appreciated it. When HIP dates were established, confirmed with them my delivery date via facebook and they did send SMS to confirm. Even after the delivery of my purchases, i dropped them facebook message to check about the water pressure of the instant water heater. As usual, they responded:) Really appreciated that they are very responsive to my facebook messages as I am deaf. Would like to thank the person who handles that social media for his/her endearing patience!Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend Sim Siang Choon and return back there again! 🙂

My husband and I were looking for bathroom accessories . We approached a young sales rep who could not quite address our enquiries. Mike Low noticed us wandering around and proactively approached us and addressed all our enquiries. I just want to compliment his service.

A wide range of variety for all bathroom stuff you need. Assisted by Eric who was tremendously helpful and patient in listening to what I was looking for. Definitely no hard selling. Overall, very good experience and customer service is ace.
