I recently visited Sim Siang Choon at Changi South to purchase a water cistern (toilet water tank only) and toilet seat cover. It was a great experience.

Roger Lim who served me was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He showed me a few new water tanks after verifying the distance of the mounting holes and the footprint of the cracked water cistern that I had brought along. This was to ensure that the water tank that I was going to buy would be compatible with my toilet bowl. He explained the different options clearly and helped me choose a suitable water cistern and toilet seat cover without any pressure.
