I bought a sink tap on 25 Feb 2018 from the outlet in Sun Plaza. Was served by Ms Kris and enjoyed professional service from her during the purchase.
Found that the sink tap was faulty upon self-installation the next day. Called the outlet for help and was served by Kris again. Kris put herself in her customer’s shoe and stepped up the effort to resolve my issue. She expedited within her means to ensure excellent customer care. The issue was resolved within hours! Overall, I am very delighted to be served by Kris.
